Refunds And Replacements

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • be in the original packaging.
  • have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • detail customer name and address plus purchase number.

All returns will be scrutinised and no refund/replacement will be offered for items deemed to have been damaged.

Faulty items may be returned after 14 days and refunds/replacements will be awarded at the discretion of Bridget’s Brollies.

Please contact us with the details of your faulty item before returning it to us.

2. Refunds/Replacements

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

In the case of faulty goods, replacement goods will be offered as well as refunds.

In the case of sale items, refunds will only be offered if the item is deemed to be faulty.

3. Postage/shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage/shipping costs for returning your item.

Postage/shipping costs are non­-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of postage/shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In the case of returned faulty goods, Bridget’s Brollies will refund customer incurred postage/shipping costs to the price indicated on the returned package.

In the case of goods lost in transit, Bridget’s Brollies will accept liability when posting goods. The customer must accept liability when returning goods.
